COLUMBIA BUSINESS CENTER MAINTENANCE DREDGING

The Columbia Business Center (CBC) East Barge Slip is located along the Columbia River at Vancouver, Washington. The East Barge Slip maintenance dredging project was commissioned by Crowley Marine Services to allow berthing of barges at the site and loading/offloading of equipment to the upland areas owned by CBC. Coast & Harbor Engineering (CHE) provided professional services for the maintenance dredging project in both 2010 and 2011. CHE’s analysis and design efforts included field data collection and analysis, dredging preliminary and final design, bid package preparation, permitting assistance and construction oversight.
